Many of us have had life experiences that have closed us down. At times, what life brings to us is not always easy. When challenging times are upon us, sometimes, knowingly or unknowingly, there is a tendency to wrap oneself up in a kind of protective reaction, only to inadvertently cut oneself off from the sources of love and joy in our lives. It’s hard to feel love or happiness when the primary emotions are sadness, depression, anger, or anxiety. We know that the love is there, buried somewhere in our hearts, yet being able to access it can be challenging.
In some of those difficult periods, you may feel drawn NOT to go it alone this time and reach out – even for a short period. Or maybe you are beginning your awareness of a higher spiritual calling.
Whatever it may be for you, my approach opens up a safe space to share not only your hurts and concerns, or life’s disappointments but also to affirm your good intentions and tender hearts.
